This Billing & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users of Kwiktest (“Kwiktest”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and governs payments, returns, and refunds for products purchased through our website https://kwiktest.com/.

We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Debit / Credit Cards
- Mobile Wallets (EasyPaisa, JazzCash)
- Other digital payment methods (where available)
Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)
- Prices are exclusive of GST:
- 17% GST on Cash on Delivery orders
- 5% GST on Card / Digital payments
- Delivery charges are applied separately at checkout
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount including product cost, applicable taxes, and delivery charges.
Order Acceptance
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued (if prepaid)
- In case of pricing or system errors, orders may be cancelled and refunded
Order Modification
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is not available
- Customers must pay the full invoice amount at the time of placing order
- Orders may be confirmed via phone before dispatch
- Failure to respond to confirmation calls may result in order cancellation
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines typically range between 2–5 working days
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or remote locations
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
Return Policy
Due to the sensitive and hygiene-related nature of our products, returns are not accepted under normal circumstances.
However, in case of a defective or damaged product:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographic or video evidence
- Return the product within 7 days if requested
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
If the issue is verified, we will offer:
- Replacement product, or
- Full refund (including delivery charges, if prepaid)
Refund Policy
- Refunds are generally not offered due to product nature
- Refunds will only be issued:
- If required under applicable Pakistani consumer protection laws
- In cases of verified defective or incorrect products
Refund Processing:
- Card/Digital payments: refunded within 7–10 working days
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items without proof of purchase
